Ramilo's Accoyo Producto

Animal Description:

If you have ever seen Accoyo Ramilo and you look at Producto one would think Producto was a clone.  His micron count has remained at 20 microns even after his second shearing. The unique characteristic  about Producto's fiber is the uniform corkscrew lock and luster throughout his body. He sheared 8 lbs prime fleece. In 2005 we bred Producto to nine of our females and are very excited about his offspring.   The cria have been outstanding and we will be participating Spring 07 with many of his offspring.  

The alpaca community mourned the death of the esteemed Don Julio Barreda last year.  After  Accoyo Ramilo's death,  Senor Barreda  wrote Ben and Lynda a beautiful letter in which he expressed his condolences and his beautiful words still linger.  His words were, "don't grieve so very much for Ramilo as his offspring will carry on his superior traits and you will be amazed at his progeny".  How true his words, and we are amazed.
